Sure Coat Exterior Finish is a high performance waterborne coating system designed for direct application to PVC for long-term color retention. Formulated with heat-reflective pigments to minimize heat gain for dark colors, Sure Coat is considered non-hazardous by EPA Standards. It is non-flammable and contains no lean, chromates, or isocyantes as a non-hazardous material. Sure Coat has been tested by certified independent laboratories and exceeds all environmental and performance standards.
We use a high volume, low pressure spray application after the frames and sashes are welded. Overspray in our booth is minimized to develop a 1.2 mil dry film thickness and consistent coverage. Finished products are cured using infrared technology for excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance. Other performance features include:

Exterior Foil Laminates are made of printed vinyl that is multi-layered with protective films and back with an aggressive hot-applied sealant. Technically advanced roll-form stainless steal machinery is used to precisely compress the laminates, wrapping them onto the different sash and main-frame profiles before that are fabricated as components of the window.
Exterior foil laminates are tested by certified independent laboratories for heat absorption and are proven to allow an insignificant temperature increase of the substrate of less that 15°F, regardless of film applied. Exterior laminates are only available with a white vinyl interior.
