The installation of new windows is just as important as the quality of the window itself. Even with a quality product, an improper installation could result in air infiltration and more importantly water infiltration that could damage the structure of your home.

Your installation experience with Window Nation begins with the installation team. Each team is lead by an Installation Master Certified Installer. All team members have been trained and certified directly from the factory and have gone through thorough background checks and random drug testing. When we arrive at your home, we'll begin with a walk-through with the owners to explain what we will be doing and to determine if there are any special needs of the owner's property or belongings. We take great care in protecting the homeowner's property during the installation process

What Is Installation Masters?

Installation Masters is a nationwide training and certification program specializing in new construction and replacement installation techniques of windows and doors in the residential and light commercial markets. It was prompted by the Building Environment and Thermal Envelope Council (BETEC) through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and developed by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). The training program is based on proper industry accepted practices and principles that have been developed over the years by members of ASTM, CAWM and AAMA. It provides assurance that the installer has completed a training program that is culminated with an extensive final exam.

Having said that, all of our windows are installed by factory trained Soft-Lite installers that are certified through the installation master's program. So many companies out there use poorly trained installers that aren't window professionals, moreover a jack of all trades.
