Cindy brings 21 years of experience in managing large telecommunication call centers to the Window Nation team as our Customer Service Manager. She manages our regional teams of customers service representatives, in addition to acting as a liaison between our customers and various departments to ensure the lines of communication remain open. Her strong background in providing “more than is expected” is criticial to delivering quality customer service and exceeding our customer’s expectations.

When not in the office, Cindy can be found volunteering for her favorite non-profit, Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Network while sharing her expertise and knowledge. She also enjoys spending time at home with her husband, and their six rescued Cairn Terriers.
