Michael is responsible for starting up our central administrative center in Warrensville Heights Ohio. The team supports the post-sale processes including data entry, quoting with our vendors, ordering, and coordination of final measuring in our customer’s homes.
Michael channels his passion for training and development by leading the Operations training team. The team provides training for all operations positions including branch operations.
Michael has over 20 years of developing and improving service organizations and was often called on to deliver improvement in customer experience and back-office operational activities with technology. He has a BS in Business Administration from SNHU and Masters in Education – Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.
When not working Michael enjoys home improvement, concerts, musical theater, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
