The prestigious awards program recognizes window and door retailers and distributors that demonstrate excellence in the areas of marketing, customer service, showroom design and community contributions.
The magazine specifically recognized Window Nation, who was also just named the 9th largest home improvement and home remodeling company in the U.S. via Remodeling magazine, for the way the company uses social to support its customers, from both a customer service standpoint as well as delivering content and ideas that adds a genuine value versus being more self-serving.
“It sounds cliché, but truly everything we do is about our customers – they are the cornerstone of all we do,” explains Harley Magden, co-founder and owner of Window Nation who founded the company with his brother Aaron. “For us, social media is basically a real-time focus group to what our customers think and need.
