Window Nation Is A National Leader in Customer Satisfaction!
Fulton, MD – Window Nation is proud to announce they have once again been recognized for excellent customer service, this time being included in the Qualified Remodeler Top 60. The list, compiled by Qualified Remodeler in partnership with GuildQuality, is created based on a survey of more than 100,000 customers nationwide and scored on the correlation between overall satisfaction and specific aspects of the customer experience for many different types of projects – and then combined with GuildQuality scores nationwide. Of the companies on this year’s list, Window Nation ranked at the top for completed jobs (over 9,000) and customer referral rate (100%), as reported by GuildQuality.
“We place a huge emphasis on providing our customers with excellent service” said CEO Harley Magden, who co-founded the company a decade ago with his brother, Aaron. “It’s nice to be recognized for doing so, particularly since this ranking relies so heavily on data from our customers.”
The company has offices across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Ohio, including Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, and Cleveland. Most recently, Window Nation expanded into the Pittsburgh area.
“We tie a majority of our customer-facing staff’s KPIs to GuildQuality metrics,” said President and Co-founder, Aaron Magden, who is responsible for the company’s exterior design consultants. “This has allowed us to provide continual training to our sales reps to ensure they are knowledgeable, friendly and leave a good, lasting impression.”
