Earlier this month, Window Nation expanded its presence to the great state of Michigan, hosting a grand opening event in the new Grand Rapids. Attendees were able to connect directly with local Window Nation team members, learn what sets Window Nation apart from the competitors in the area, and hear directly from our CEO, Jeff Beck, about this next era of growth.
We caught up with three senior members of the new team during the event. Here's a quick look at what they had to say about how Window Nation will impact the local community, from quality windows and doors to local job opportunities.
Craig Cole:
Born and raised in Western Michigan, Craig Cole knows first-hand what homeowners are up against when they invest in a home. With 28 years in the window and door industry, Craig has seen both the good and bad when it comes to installation and customer service. "Window Nation's installation is completely different from the industry standard and set up so that the homeowner won't ever have to do this again." The quality of Window Nation's products is another reason why Craig is excited to be part of the new Grand Rapids team. "Homeowners in Michigan should be excited because Window Nation is bringing multiple premium products at a fair and affordable price with a warranty that is second to none." Matt Palandri, Operations Manager
With 2 years' experience as the production manager in Chicago, Matt made the move to Grand Rapids to continue his career with a company that cares about employee growth. Matt is excited to be part of a company that, from start to finish, pays attention to the customer and provides the best experience possible. "We're the better option for homeowners because of the level of expertise we bring." In addition to providing more solutions and better options, Window Nation also has a strict vetting process to bring on the best people possible. "Most technicians have been doing this at least 15-20 years. We're very hands-on and customer focused."
Michael Yauch
As the new install manager in Grand Rapids and a volunteer ski patroller, Michael Yauch's understanding and experience with Western Michigan's winter weather is unparalleled. "When we get big storms, we get a lot of wind. With other windows, you'll feel the wind coming in at the seam." Michael says Window Nation's draft technology is a huge benefit for Michiganders.
