Meet Jill Niland: Driving Excellence at Window Nation

Jill is responsible for leading and implementing strategic projects to advance systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to accelerate the long-term growth and profitability of Window Nation.

Jill brings an incredible wealth of experience to Window Nation.  Prior to joining Window Nation, Jill was the Chief Transformation Officer at Service Master Brands where she was responsible for significant internal and external transformation initiatives across seven businesses that spanned both B2B and B2C and served more than one million homes and businesses across 4,600 individual locations in 50 states and nine countries. Prior to joining Service Master Brands, Jill was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she gained extensive experience in M&A, strategy development and technology development.
