Can I Customize My Windows?

Yes! Our replacement windows are custom-made to fit your home, so you can design them however you choose. We offer hundreds of style and color options that can be customized with different add-ons, including interior and exterior capping, grids, and window glass patterns.

How Much Do Replacement Windows Cost?

All Window Nation replacement windows are custom-made, so there’s no “one-price-fits-all” cost to our windows. Your exterior design consultant will discuss pricing at the time of your appointment.

Why Can't I Just Receive a Quote Over the Phone?

Our replacement windows are custom-made to fit your home, and it’s important that we come out to measure your windows and discuss your project before providing any pricing.

How Long Will it Take to Install My Windows?

It typically takes six to eight weeks from the time you purchase your windows to the time they are installed. However, some projects might take longer depending on factors such as the style or quantity of windows ordered. If any delays occur, a member of our team will contact you with updates on your project.

 

My Brand New Windows Have Condensation Between the Panes. What Should I Do?

Some condensation is normal and will evaporate with time. However, if you notice condensation between the panes or if it does not go away, please contact our service team.

Who Do I Need to Speak to if I'm Having Issues with My Windows?

Our service department is equipped to handle any issues you might have with your windows. Please call 866-217-9582 for more information.

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare My Home for Installation?

We ask that you remove any fragile or valuable items, including chandeliers, paintings, and plates. All window treatments must also be removed – please be advised that these treatments might not fit after your windows have been installed.

What Does My Warranty Cover?

Your warranty covers your window’s parts and materials for the entire time you live in your home plus 5 years for the next homeowner. Your labor warranty is separate, lasting for 1 year, 5 years or a lifetime depending on your contract. Once your labor warranty ends, there will be a small fee associated with your service; however, your parts will be covered.
