★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My apologies this may be a bit long winded but I feel it’s warranted, this is not a completed install review, but it is a outstanding customer service review, first let me start with the in home exterior design consultant Tricia M, she could have not been more friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product she represents, and she loved our dogs, she was very thorough and spelled it out the step by step process, a big thank you Tricia, next their manager of sales Brandon D, he was very nice to speak with on the phone and he emailed, and returned calls promptly thru his busy schedule, here’s where my 5 star review comes into play, without getting into my personal details I needed to cancel my work orders and contract after the 3 days notice to cancel had passed, Brandon could have just said sorry nothing I can do, but that’s not what he said he said he would look into it on Monday (yes a lot of this took place on Sunday) on Monday afternoon as promised he called and had cancelled my contract and also emailed me confirmation of cancellation I’m coming to and end soon but again I feel like this needed to get out there, I have no doubt fab and install would of went as expected, if your looking at just doing replacement windows they use Harvey products which I’ve had previous expierance with in the past, good product, I would definately give window nation a call, there was absolutely zero pressure, they showed up when they said, again I did not get installed but I did get some of the best customer service ever I’m done now but not without a huge thank you to Tricia and Brandon Thank you
