Nowell Kern assisted us with replacement windows for our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain why our old windows failed and did a great job explaining the differences with Window Nation’s windows and their warranty. We felt very comfortable moving forward with our replacement windows project after speaking with Nowell.

From the very beginning, working with Logan was awesome. I feel like he had my best interest at heart. Logan gave me multiple options to see which one was the best and least expensive for me. When I first bought my house 32 years ago, I changed one front window into two windows. I found that after talking it through Logan, my best option was to go back to one window which was for me and my budget was the least expensive way for me to go. I did get a couple of estimates before choosing Window Nation. I feel like if you are replacing your windows everyone should do that because I was definitely floored at the price of windows. Logan took his time with me and explain the installation from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Window Nation for anyone looking to replace their windows.

The entire experience with Window Nation was outstanding. Our salesperson, Bill Franks, was knowledgeable and patient while helping us choose the right windows. He was also extremely responsive and was sure to update us at every stage of the process. Additionally, there was a few times when we made changes to our work order, but Bill remained professional and patient. He answered his phone whenever we called, including after hours and when he was not scheduled to work. Bill is a true gem to Window Nation and you’re lucky to have him. I will definitely refer him to family and friends in need of windows and doors.
