No BS and took his time to educate us and walk through the differces between manufacturers, both the companies they rep and their competition. The specialist who came for the second measurement was thorough and precise, ensuring everything would fit seamlessly. Finally, on installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. From start to finish, he had a wonderful ‘bedside manner’—he was incredibly patient, listened to what I needed, and never made me feel pressured. He did an amazing job helping me configure all 11 of my new windows. He made sure I got the exact right privacy glass for my bathroom window, and he even suggested a large 90-inch slider window that completely opened up the space and actually helped save me money on the overall price!
