Travis was very experienced, personable and took the time to explain the process, what he and the team could offer, and the “basics” (not basics for me!) of windows. Our Window Nation consultant Travis Z. truly impressed us with the extent of his relevant industry experience and with his end-to-end, detailed knowledge about the replacement windows and installation services offered by Window Nation and quite a few of its competitors. He was obviously highly confident in the quality of the products installed by Window Nation and the level of warranty support they provide. We also felt he gave us a fair accounting of the condition of our existing windows. He made it easy for us to weigh our options, for example, looking at “what if”scenarios such as holding off on replacing some of our old windows that are in more decent shape than the rest. We appreciated that the overall process was comfortable, easy going, and not rushed. At no time did we ever feel pressured to reach a decision to buy today. But, in fact, Travis succeeded in sealing the deal (pun intended) when he gave his easy to understand scientific demonstration that clearly showed how much better the glass in Window Nation’s own double- and triple-paned windows is at preventing heat transfer, as compared to the glass in our existing double-paned builder grade vinyl replacement windows installed in 1990. Window Nation achieves a dramatic improvement in performance by applying layers of reflective coating to, not just one but, both sides of each glass pane; and by maximizing the percentage of argon gas that occupies the airspace between layers of glass to over 98%, as close to 100% as is allowed. The installation was great!! The two men were quite the team. They worked practically non-stop. The project took 1-1/2 days for the installation of 10 windows and 2 doors and it was well worth it. The men were meticulous and answered all my questions. They were also very thorough with every step. If I replace any other doors or windows, I will request the same salesman, Joe, and the workers who completed the job (I just wish I could remember their names).
