Window Nation was the first company I called and made an appointment for a estimate/consultation, and I am glad I did. Alex Kaplan ,an E D C for Window Nation, which is an Exterior Design Consultant, I found out after what it stood for, rings my doorbell. They say first impressions are what counts, and it is true. Alex was very polite and respectful and he had a good personality. He sat down with my Father and I and explained everything and answered any questions we had. My Father is 82 and sometimes he does not understand or hear things that good. Alex was very patient and explained everything once….twice and even more just to make sure my Father and even myself understood. I showed Alex what we were planning on doing for starters and he took some measurements and the whole time he was very professional and listened to my thoughts and he even suggested some ideas. We then went over everything and he showed us some sample windows and explained the differences between them. By the end of his visit we were sold,I can’t wait for the installation. Definitely a 5 star interaction, if there was more stars I could give I would. Will be definitely contacted Alex in the future to do more.

Given his professionalism and his knowledge of the entire process, we highly recommend window nation. In addition, we were extremely impressed and satisfied with our sales rep! The 2 installers, Kurt and Jay, were excellent, Very professional and friendly. The windows look great. Even the town’s Building Inspector said they looked great when he came to give final approval of the project. Cost was half of what Renewal by Anderson was going to charge us. Strongly recommend Window Nation.

We worked with Randy for the 2nd time to finish off the rest of our windows in our home. He was communicative, personable, while also very professional.
