I have to say, their sales representative, Andrea, really stood out. Andrea was on time, friendly, professional, and most importantly, she knew her product. Going into the appointment, I was skeptical because Window Nation wasn’t a name I was familiar with compared to brands like Andersen, Pella, or Marvin. We knew our builder-grade windows were poorly made and were already leaking, so we were looking for a quality replacement. What impressed me most was that Andrea didn’t just try to sell us windows. She took the time to explain the differences between the major brands and Window Nation’s products. She brought physical examples and showed us how their windows were constructed differently. She also used videos and other visual examples to explain the product. People learn differently, and Window Nation did an excellent job presenting the information in multiple ways. Whether you’re someone who learns by seeing, watching, or listening, they made sure you understood exactly what you were buying. Andrea was more than just a salesperson. She was a great communicator, knowledgeable about the product, and genuinely seemed to believe in what she was selling. That made a big difference in our decision. We found the price to be fair and competitive with the major brands we were already familiar with. And the confidence Window Nation has in their product is backed up by their warranty, which gave us additional peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Window Nation, and especially Andrea, to anyone considering replacing their windows. She earned our trust by educating us rather than simply trying to make a sale. Window Nation clearly knows how to sell a quality product—and how to make sure the customer understands what they’re getting.

Very professional. Went above and beyond to give great customer service. They listened when issues arise and worked to fix them. Very respectful of the house ( Cleaning up, not walking with shoes on carpet). The windows and doors look great and I hope they stay looking great.
