I am very happy with Window Nation and the staff that I worked with through the entire process. Reagan’s knowledge of the product and of the process it takes to replace all windows in my home was my deciding factor to purchase from Window Nation. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about the process. Additional recognition for Reagan as she was extremely helpful with adding the window I forgot to include initially that I needed to complete my order. I’d also like to mention Natalie who helped with scheduling and other questions I had relating to the install process; and Jose and the his crew – they did a great job with the install. I know others were involved as well to make the project complete. The entire team is appreciated! Everyone was very professional, helpful and patient with my questions and very prompt with responses to my texts and emails. I am also very pleased with the windows so far! Easy to operate, the heat of the sun no longer bakes onto my floors and furniture in my home as it did with my old windows; I can see clearly out my windows now; and am very impressed with the trim/wrap on the outside which improved the exterior look of my home. Window Nation is the right choice for window replacement!

Andrea Peterson was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We did not have any questions after we signed our contract. The install was delayed. The crew was. They installed the windows in one day. I think that the installer should have been able to communicate with us in English. He was very nice. My account was thur Synchrony bank and I am trying to work with them to get the no interest for 18 months. account

Jon came out for an estimate. He was very thorough and helpful as far as talking through the installation and features on the window. Talk through costume gave us a full breakdown. The meeting went quite a bit longer than we anticipated, but we were glad that he stopped over.
