We have just begun our journey with replacing the windows in our home. We received estimates from three different companies. We decided to use Window Nation after John came out and spent time with us going over how not only are their windows different than typical vinyl replacement windows, but so is their installation process and warranty. What I love about John is his matter of factness and his honesty. Not once did I feel like he was trying to just make a sale, rather, he himself really believed in the product he was presenting to us. He’s the kind of guy that you feel like you’ve known a long time even though you just met. He’s also a veteran and has tremendous respect for anyone that has been or is serving in the military. His demonstration for how well the windows work was spot on. He had a lot of visual aids, which I really appreciated as I could see for myself how everything that goes into the windows works. He doesn’t try to bs you and is very upfront about the whole process. John even told us he had the windows installed in his own home and his mother’s who lives out west in an area that is very hot. If you’re shopping around for new windows, Window Nation should be at the top of your list for estimates. Be sure you ask for John as your sales rep to come to your home! I’m looking forward to updating this review once the windows are in and I can show off some pictures.

From the start our salesman Peter Norrito has been very professional and respectful. Window Nation contacted me to give me an approximate timetable for how long it would take for windows to be made at their factory. Then another follow up call to schedule the installation. The install team called ahead the morning of installation to give an exact time of arrival. The install team did a great job of installing the windows and cleaning up. The install team manager even took time out to make sure I understood how to work and troubleshoot the new windows! Over all Window Nation provided me with professional service from start to finish. Many thanks to Peter and all the employees at Window Nation.

The crew that came and installed our windows was very respectful of our home. They taped and sealed all windows with plastic to keep out as much dirt and dust as possible, when they worked inside our home they either removed their shoes or wore booties on their shoes. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up afterwards inside and out, carried off all trash, and were finished with the project in one day. VERY PLEASED!!! Would recommend this company to anyone needing windows installed.

Great experience with Window Nation. Crew came out and installed 19 windows in 1 day and did a great job. Very courteous and cleaned up all mess after work. Highly recommend!!
