He responded to all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my choice. He reached out when he said he would and responded to my questions immediately. He even hit a few topics repeatedly due to some family distractions, but was extremely patient and kind in the process. He even entertained my kids’ requests to see their bedroom layouts and learned from them about grass. Very professional representation from the company, established trust very quickly in the process.

Though my windows were out of the installation warranty period, the Worthington branch not only checked and resealed all my windows, but they repaired the wall of the house for me. I just…really can’t say enough about the integrity and customer-first business practices of this place. Brian, the owner, and Mike, the CS lead (I think) were both wonderful, and the crews were outstanding. If you’re looking for windows, call Window Nation in Worthington! Original review – I hadn’t imagined that my window purchasing and installation experience could be as easy as it turned out to be. Not only was the price lower than I anticipated, but the service was personalized and professional to a T. The installation was a clinic in efficiency and professionalism; my yard left looking better after the fact than it did before they arrived. The windows have made an immense difference in heat retention and noise levels in my house. I would absolutely recommend Window Nation’s product and company to anyone in the market. Full stop.
