I had three very diligent and competent installers. One windiw sash came cracked and they called for a replacement asap. Two screens that had a small tear and a small hole will be fixed at the same time. The vinyl finishing and the caulking were so neat and expertly done. I have no complaints. AND no longer have leaking windows and moldy trim nor windows that I can’t open. So happy with them. I did question the front window which was ordered with triple silver glass but I could not tell. I called my salesperson who in turn checked my order and explained that it’s not something I could see (I expected a tint) but it seems to be doing its job. The room temp stays even day or night. Very pleased.

We are happy and very satisfied with Window Nation! All total we needed 23 new windows in our home. Our sales agent, John Doran, gave us precise information on the quality and specifications of the windows and the professional installation process. Mike Frank, the installation Foreman and his crew were phenomenal! It was reassuring to see the expert precision and care in their work, and how clean they kept the house during the process. Overall, we are extremely happy with our decision to hire window nation.
