I recently had Vaughn Bethell from Window Nation Greenville come out to my home to quote a replacement for our back sliding door with built-in blinds, and he went above and beyond. Vaughn provided truly advisory, consultative service from start to finish. His focus was on helping me find the product that best fit my needs, not just on making a sale. He started with a thorough needs assessment, asking thoughtful questions about how we use the door, our lighting and privacy preferences, and our energy efficiency goals. That helped him match us with the right solution. His product education was excellent. He clearly explained the features, specs, and benefits of each option, including the advantages of the built-in blinds, like easy cleaning, durability, and better insulation. Vaughn also gave a helpful demonstration of how the door and blinds operate, which made it easy to picture the finished product in our home. When it came time to talk numbers, he was upfront and fair, walking me through pricing, terms, and installation and delivery options without any pressure or hidden surprises. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Vaughn made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel simple and stress-free. Then give you the astronomical price on the windows. You know, the price tag that could give you a heart attack and then give you the fluff of why you have to get it right now. I don’t care for the fluff. I have enough of that on me. I wanted 3 things: someone real, willing to work with what I can afford, and could get to the point. Surprisingly, Vaughn Bethell is just that man. He is going to tell you what you need to know. He can give you the fluff if you want it, but I appreciate that Vaughn got straight to the point. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me on what I could afford. You don’t see that often with these kind of experiences. You can also see his passion and desire for what he does as his career. He listens to the customer and works with what they can do.
