I am not for writing reviews. Let me start by saying that I am not getting rewarded in anyway for doing this. 2 years ago I purchased 4 windows (needed 12 but I wanted to start small), from Champion cause they had a buy 2 get 2 sale. they were also highly rated on all sites. One day I got a call from Window World and I decided to see what they had to offer ( I was not going to buy anything). The sales person was so knowledgeable and I was so impressed by the product, not to mention the great price compared to Champion and Anderson, That I decided to buy the other 8 windows. My goodness, what a great decision that was! Windows are even better than I though they were going to be. If I had the money I would replace the Champion windows with these windows! I was treated like a valued customer every step of the way. The installation crew was professional, efficient and very accommodating. listen, bottom line is this, if you are going to buy windows for your home, call Window World. You will be pleased!!

Outstanding company as well as personnel. From start to finish it was smooth as can be. 15 windows later and i’m overjoyed. Kyle, Daniel, Ashley, Teddy and the salesman Chris made everything run like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend them.

John Henry is a great commentator. He explained everything and answered all our questions with as much detail as we needed to feel confident. We have gone the “least expensive” route before and this time wanted to do the job right with a true lifetime warranty and great financial terms. John Henry did everything he could to get us the best product within our budget. I feel confident this is a good decision. Hector, Daniel, and the whole installation crew were the best. I work in leadership and can recognize a great leader and crew, these guys were the best. They worked so well together I could barely tell who was in charge. Only the work shirt told me the difference. They respected my home and family and they have great respect for one and other. They immediately build trust by explaining what and how the work would take place. They answered all our questions and worked around our needs. Thank you to the whole Window Nation team, and thank you for our beautiful new windows.

Joanna was exceptional with her sales pitch. She was very informative and truly supported the company with its experience and workmanship. She was very knowledgeable in the products and demonstrated excellence when comparing other products to what her company offers. The company’s warranty on the windows I purchased was a bonus. Exceptional customer service by Joanna and her “new” employee was also great. The experience of it all was informative, easy and very personable. Best decision I’ve made to work with this company.

I met with Johanna for an in-home window consultation and was genuinely blown away by her extensive knowledge and presentation, but even more so by her warmth and genuine personality. She had a way of making me feel instantly comfortable, as though we had known each other for years. She was also able to thoroughly answer all of my questions which made me feel more at ease about my decision to invest in my home. She even followed up a couple of weeks later to ask how a trip I had planned had went! Window Nation did well with hiring her! Looking forward to continuing to work with Johanna and Window Nation in the near future!

we are happy with our new windows – Window World has made another customer experience very good – we knew our 25 year old windows had seen its best days years ago. But sitting here a day after installation with clear glass and realizing the air conditioner had not come on as much today, we are thankful for a job well done. Our install crew was in by mid morning and gone before dinner – the crew was lead by a very nice man and two willing helpers – they had an organized plan, put it in motion, worked well together, had all their supplies in place, didn’t make a mess inside or out, which made the cleanup efficient and quick – thanks go out to the crew leader Brandon Crew, along with Cory and Marcos. Also, a nice shoutout to our salesman John Henry Reddin. He led us through the introduction process- explained all the ends and outs for us and got us to commit to the install – thanks again to John Henry, Brandon, Cory and Marcos.
