He took time to answer our questions, there was no pressure, he was knowledgeable, personable, found a milguard upgrade voucher because our old 1987 windows were Milguards, didn’t expect that. Received a small credit because we had a flexible schedule, allowing them to workload balance on their side, we’re not rushed. Reassuring to hear about the rigorous training of crew, no OJT. Solid warranty. Overall would recommend this to anybody looking for vinyl windows.

What sold us on going with Window Nation for our window replacement is their warranty on the window but mostly the warranty in the installation and whole package. They also was willing to work with us on pricing.
