As a Co-Founder and CEO of Window Nation, Harley has been part of the company from the day he and his brother Aaron first opened their doors. Together, the two (along with an ever-growing staff committed to serving the needs of homeowners across six States and the District of Columbia) have built what is now the 6th largest home remodeling business in the country. As the CEO, Harley leads by example a team of more than 250 people dedicated to customer service and continued innovation in replacement windows, doors, siding and roofing.
Harley learned the window business by working in his father's company in Cleveland, but started his career packing groceries where he quickly recognized that each customer's needs are unique. After earning his MBA from John Carroll University, he put those lessons to work at Window Nation, and is dedicated to exceeding the needs of homeowners every day.
While he was born and raised in the Cleveland area (and remains committed to his hometown Cavs, Indians & Browns), he's made a home for himself and his family near the company's headquarters in the Washington-Baltimore region. He and his wife are raising two girls, and he's often seen accompanied by his Cairn Terrier, Napoleon. When not in the office or with his family, Harley can often be seen at a concert or a sporting event - or at a poker table!

Aaron Magden•President & Co-Founder
Aaron was literally born into the window business, and started working in the warehouse for his father's window company in Cleveland at age 14. He learned the business from the ground-up, spending time in all roles from sales to management to operations.
Now as the President of Window Nation, he works closely with his brother Harley every day, building what's now the 6th largest home remodeling company in the US. Aaron created a unique sales system that revolutionized the industry, shying away from the typical "high-pressure" in home consultation. The Window Nation approach is customer-focused and designed to meet the needs of each individual homeowner first and foremost. Aaron manages the entire Window Nation sales operation across all 8 Window Nation offices in 5 metropolitan areas.
A native Cleveland and graduate of John Carroll University, Aaron now lives in Glenwood, MD with his wife and two girls. A die-hard fan of all teams in Ohio, he is particularly passionate about the Cavs and the Tribe and spends time working out when he's not at a game.

Steve Lotz•OH General Sales Manager
Steve started with Window Nation 8 years ago as a sales consultant. His sales success, business acumen, and dedication to customer service contributed to his quick rise to sales manager of Window Nation’s Cleveland-area locations.
Steve’s responsibilities include training, customer support and satisfaction, manufacturer relations, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the four Ohio offices. Before joining Window Nation, he managed restaurants and sold homes, giving him first-hand experience in both customer service and the needs of a homeowner.
A southerner by birth, he moved to the Cleveland area in 1996 and lives with his wife and two children on in Avon Lake. When Steve's not in the office, you can probably find him on the golf course or vacationing someplace warm.

A Window Nation team member since 2012, Joe has the critical responsibility for overall customer service for Window Nation. He oversees the day to day functions of our Processing, Ordering and Customer Fulfillment teams, who work with each customer to ensure that the project proceeds in a timely manner with the intention of meeting or exceeding the customer’s expectations. He ensures all our systems are operating well to give customers the best possible experience.
Joe has spent his entire career in the home improvement industries, with senior positions at several large retailers and manufacturers along the way.
Born and raised in the Cleveland area, Joe still lives in the area with his wife and four children. Outside of work he is truly a family man, spending time at his kids sporting events as a spectator and a coach. He's also an avid Cleveland sports fan, where he can be found when he's not in the office or coaching himself.

Bill Ratino•Director of Field Marketing and OH Events
Bill, a native Clevelander, joined Window Nation in 2012, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Field marketing/sales arena with him.
He is responsible for all of Window Nations' Field Marketing offices and manages the NE Ohio Events Department as well. A graduate of Eastlake North High School, Bill went right into sales & marketing because he loved the interaction with people and found that "everybody has a great story to tell if you just take the time to listen."
When he is not working you most likely will find him at any Cleveland sporting event or spending time traveling to theme parks with his wife Stephanie and his 2 daughters Anna and Mia.
Cory Rovnak has over 5 years in the manufacturing industry including call center, lead generation, measure, installation, customer service, logistics, and purchasing. Cory specializes in developing business systems that meet the company's seasonal demands and prepare it for ongoing growth. She works directly with vendors and industry associates to understand and measure against best practices.
Her previous experience before manufacturing includes business development and marketing in the oil and gas industry.
She resides in Annapolis, MD with her two children. She enjoys living near the water, travelling, and gardening.
Robert "J.R." Usher joined Window Nation just over two years ago, and now is the Regional Sales Manager for the company's two locations serving the Baltimore-Washington Metro area. He brings over 10 years of sales and customer service experience within the home improvement industry.
As the Regional Sales Manager, J.R. is tasked with supporting the sales team and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction to all of our customers. He constantly strives to work with his team to improve upon the customer experience and find ways to exceed expectations — from big ways to small.
J.R. has happily lived in Maryland all his life, but loves traveling to warmer climates with this wife Jodi. J.R.'s family also includes a new puppy Copper and cat Lemon, along with serving as a foster parent to any number of pets looking for permanent homes . He is an avid Redskins, Terps and Capitals fan, and loves to travel to warmer climates (Aruba is his favorite place).

Louis Apoldo•VP of Sales
Lou has been with Window Nation since 2015 and leads our growing sales team. In his role, he is instrumental in all aspects of the selling process. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Board, which provides guidance and assistance to the owners in all aspects of the business.
Lou began his career as a Philadelphia trial attorney in 1991, before leaving the law to pursue his passion, a career in sales in marketing. In 2001, he entered the home improvement industry as a Sales Associate at U.S. Remodelers, and has since served in various sales management capacities within rapidly growing organizations. Most recently, he was a Division Director for Home Depot Interiors, where he was responsible for the sales management of approximately 30% of the company’s national Cabinet Refacing and Bath Remodeling business.
A native of central New Jersey, Lou moved to the Philadelphia area in the late '80s. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, rock climbing and riding his motorcycle. He is very active in his community, taking a prominent role in the local football and cheerleading programs and raising money for various charitable organizations.

Noah began his career as a United States Army Officer following graduation from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Architecture. He spent over 20 years in the military serving around the world in management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Following his retirement in 2013, he joined The Home Depot as a Sales Associate and was rapidly promoted to be the Sales Manager for the Northern Virginia and Washington DC market before coming to Window Nation as the Vice President of Customer Fulfillment & Operations.
Noah is responsible for any number of areas at Window Nation, including sale processing, installation of products, vendor relations, post installation services, warranty claims, and customer service. His team manages the end-to-end customer fulfillment process including the systems and processes development, administrative processing, order processing and customer service execution.
A native of California, Noah and his wife Jess moved to Virginia in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, running, and traveling the world.
Tara joins the Window Nation team with over 14 years of strategic marketing and advertising experience, specifically focused on integrating all facets of advertising. She’s worked with many well-respected brands, from Coca-Cola and Honest Tea to the largest independently owned heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company in the country.
At Window Nation, her main focus is on building stronger relationships with current and future customers. She’s a firm believer in the power of word-of-mouth and knows no form of advertising can replace a genuinely happy and satisfied customer.
Tara has also dedicated much of her career and personal time to using her skills to help numerous non-profits as she’s a big believer in volunteering and giving back. When not working, you can find Tara, her husband Michael, and their family of pets camping, traveling, and belting out at the local karaoke joint.

Yang joins Window Nation as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. This position places Chang at the center of all fiscal matters relating to the business.
Born in South Korea and raised in Baltimore, Chang has had a broad and distinguished career to date. Chang spent several years as a consultant at KPMG in Baltimore and then went on to earn her MBA at the Robert H. Smith School fo Business at the University of Maryland. She has worked for several private and private-equity owned companies since then in senior-level financial roles. Her strong background in accounting, finance, and business operations make her a good fit for the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of home remodeling.
A former business owner herself, Chang and her husband reside in Maple Lawn, just a short drive from Window Nation’s corporate office in Fulton. In her free time, she enjoys traveling globally (having visited 5 continents thus far), skiing, reading, and going to theater and concerts.
Michael brings over two decades of experience as a successful entrepreneur and human capital management consultant to his role as Window Nation's Chief talent Officer. He is responsible for ensuring that the right people are in the right roles by leveraging cutting edge research and proven talent strategies to help grow the team in a mutually beneficial manner.
He is uniquely suited for the critical internal position, having authored dozens of articles on the importance of having the right people in the right roles as a fundamental driver of business growth and profitability. Michael has spent the last 13 years studying, developing, and implementing an objective, scientific, and methodical process and suite of tools to help companies assess, hire, manage, develop, and retain top talent. An award-winning speaker, Michael has delivered more than 300 workshops and presentations to business groups throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
Michael has been blessed with two amazing kids, Sarah and Nicholas, and his partner in life, Eva. When not working, you can find him relaxing on the Shenandoah River with his family and friends.

Dawn Schneider has been with Window Nation since 2009. As the Assistant Sales Manager for all four of the company's Ohio locations, she supports the efforts of the sales team to meet the needs of every customer.
Before being promoted to Assistant Sales Manager, Dawn spent 7 years selling to customers across Northeast Ohio. Her background includes 17 years of experience on the window manufacturing side as well, so she understands the products inside and out. With experience in sales, management, product development, customer service, measurements and installation, she can answer any question a customer might have.
Cleveland born and raised, Dawn’s passion is enjoying our “Great Lake” Erie. She lives in Bainbridge Township with her husband and two dogs - Carmella & Buster.

Eric comes to Window Nation with over 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
Eric is responsible for executing and managing daily marketing, advertising and promotional activities targeting existing and new customers.
A native Marylander and graduate of the University of Georgia, Eric has spent the past 10 years building relationships in the advertising, marketing and media industry.
Eric loves his hometown Nationals, Capitals, Redskins and Wizards and of course is very loyal to his Georgia Bulldogs, and enjoys spending time with his wife Havi, 2 sons Ezra and Jonah and latest addition, daughter Orli.

Sonny brings over 10 years of customer service excellence to Window Nation, specifically managing call centers and outbound marketing operations. His focus has been on implementing timely and smart solutions to help organizations excel at customer operations, but also proven strategies that support customers’ needs, too.
At Window Nation, Sonny is responsible for managing the customer service department and call center. His main focus, as well as the team he oversees, is ensuring each and every customer knows how important they are to the company and that above all else, providing them with excellent support and service.
Sonny earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from University of Baltimore. He’s also a die-hard Ravens and Orioles fan.

A 12-year veteran of the home improvement industry, Craig joined Window Nation in 2016 to help bring homeowners’ visions to life in the Delaware Valley.
As the sales manager for the Cherry Hill office, he manages a dedicated team of exterior design consultants that assist homeowners in New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware with home improvement solutions that are cost-effective, energy efficient, and visually pleasing.
Craig is originally from England, where he learned the home improvement business and sales management. He and his wife moved to the Philadelphia area in 2012. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his 2 dogs, traveling, and watching sports. As a Brit, his first passion is soccer- where he roots hard for Manchester United! That being said, he’s also adopted a local love of football and baseball and regularly cheers for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. As much as he enjoys winning on the field, nothing brightens Craig's day more than finding solutions that create happy homeowners and satisfied customers.

John joins the Window Nation team with 25 years of experience in sales and management. John assists managing the Glen Burnie team by following one simple formula: respect your colleagues and always provide the customer with the best possible experience.
At an early age, John knew he loved talking and meeting new people- two of the basic hallmarks for a successful career in sales. He began his career in the advertising industry, with large national sales organizations including Bell Atlantic, Clear Channel, and Signal Outdoor. More recently, he transitioned into the home improvement industry where his focus has been on in-home sales, training, and management.
A resident of Elkridge, Maryland, when John isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his two active sons in sports and martial arts.
A proven sales leader at Window Nation, Ray comes to Pittsburgh as Window Nation’s first regional Sales Manager based in Western Pennsylvania. With an extensive background in sales and customer service, he is greatly looking forward to providing customers in the Pittsburgh area quality replacement windows, siding and doors. He is a true disciple of the Window Nation culture of using hard work and dedication to meet the needs of homeowners.
Ray is a native of Baltimore, having grown up in the area and then studying at The University of Baltimore. He founded his own mortgage brokerage in 2004 and has been in sales and service ever since. This is where he developed his own “customer-first” approach, noting that anything less than 100% Customer Satisfaction is unacceptable. As he puts it “people will never forget how you make them feel”.
Residing in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, Ray and his fiancée enjoy watching football and baseball, and attending concerts. They are already looking forward to attending Pirates games this summer and getting to concerts throughout the region.

David has been with Window Nation for more than six years, and is responsible for leading all newly hired sales personnel through the company's innovative 100-hour training program. He also provides follow up training and mentoring for existing staff to ensure every team member is educated on the latest advances in replacement window, siding and doors.
No stranger to being on the front lines with consumers, David spent 20 years in the hospitality industry prior to joining Window Nation, managing upscale restaurants in downtown DC.
Married with two children, David lives in Washington, DC and roots both for his hometown Buffalo Bills and Sabres, while adopting local teams in the Washington Wizards and Nationals. When not watching a game or teaching Window Nation staff, he's often found traveling with his family.
