Lou has been with Window Nation since 2015 and leads our growing sales team. In his role, he is instrumental in all aspects of the selling process. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Board, which provides guidance and assistance to the owners in all aspects of the business.
Lou began his career as a Philadelphia trial attorney in 1991, before leaving the law to pursue his passion, a career in sales in marketing. In 2001, he entered the home improvement industry as a Sales Associate at U.S. Remodelers, and has since served in various sales management capacities within rapidly growing organizations. Most recently, he was a Division Director for Home Depot Interiors, where he was responsible for the sales management of approximately 30% of the company’s national Cabinet Refacing and Bath Remodeling business.
A native of central New Jersey, Lou moved to the Philadelphia area in the late '80s. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, rock climbing and riding his motorcycle. He is very active in his community, taking a prominent role in the local football and cheerleading programs and raising money for various charitable organizations.

After a successful three year run as Window Nation CFO, Yang Chang has transitioned into a new leadership role as Window Nation, Chief Operations Officer. Her strong background in accounting, finance, and business operations make her a good fit for the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of home remodeling. As COO, Yang will continue to implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that directly impact company performance and growth. Directly responsible for business efficiency, she will play a pivotal role in corporate growth strategy, from culture through to continued fiscal efficacy. Prior to joining Window Nation, Yang spent 12+ years working for fast-growing private equity-backed middle-market companies. Chang spent over five years working in M&A at KPMG in Baltimore and then went on to earn her MBA at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where she previously earned a BS in Business Management with a double major in Accounting and International Business. A former business owner herself, Chang resides in Howard County, just a short drive from Window Nation’s corporate office in Fulton. In her free time, she enjoys traveling globally (having visited five continents thus far), skiing, reading and going to theater and concerts.
Fred Cooper was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Window Nation in 2020. In this role, Fred is responsible for guiding the financial stewardship of the organization and lending strategic insights to the executive management team. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of financial experience having held senior leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, Black & Decker, and Prudential.
Additionally, Fred has an extensive track record of successfully partnering with private equity sponsored organizations. He has facilitated growth, development and enterprise value optimization at several different portfolio companies.
Mr. Cooper earned a B.S. in Accounting from The American University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. He resides in downtown Baltimore with his family who keep him busy in his personal time with travel, community work, and sports.
TERRI SMYTH-RIDING - SR. DIRECTOR, HR AND TALENT ACQUISITION
Terri is responsible for building, leading, and managing the entire Talent team at Window Nation, which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employee/Organizational Development. She will lead and support programming that promotes the company’s high performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality and excellence, in order to help achieve growth objectives.
Having started as a Recruiter and progressively becoming more knowledgeable of and involved in all the components of Human Resources, Terri’s career in Talent Management spans 20+ years. She’s worked in various industries and for various sized organizations finding that her niche is expanding organizations that wisely look to precede their growth with comprehensive and cohesive HR presence.
Bleeding purple and black as a Ravens fan, Terri grew up in Baltimore, MD where she currently resides with her husband, 2 children, and dog, Biggie Smalls. Outside of work (is that a thing?), she spends her time serving as Team Mom to her kids’ sports teams.

With over 12 years of marketing experience, Lauren joins the Window Nation team to support the company’s reach to help customers. Lauren is responsible for managing and executing marketing and advertising programs to better serve customers. Strategic thinking, problem solving, and team collaboration are at the core of her foundation. Lauren’s experience widely ranges from healthcare to Coca-Cola brands to home improvement giving her fresh perspectives. When Lauren is not implementing traditional and digital initiatives, she is traveling the world to soak up new cultures or avidly reading anything she can get her hands on.

Craig Atterby joined Window Nation back in 2016. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Home Improvement industry. During this time he has worked for one of the largest suppliers of kitchens in Europe.
Now focusing on windows, he is responsible for leading our sales team in the ‘East’. Originally from Bristol in England, he now resides in New Jersey. When he isn’t working he is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling.

Suzanne joins Window Nation with over 15 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on direct response. Leveraging a strong acumen in lead generation, Suzanne collaborates with the marketing team to diversify the marketing mix and support the user journey to increase conversion.
A self-proclaimed marketing nerd, Suzanne enjoys channeling her passion for digital media to support Window Nation and many small businesses across the state. A native Marylander, Suzanne, and her family spend their downtime traveling the east coast with their dog Gambit, always on the lookout for an adventure.

OLUSEYE FADIRAN - DIRECTOR, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Olu brings over 15 years of strategic IT, technical, project management, and leadership experience that cuts across managed IT services, telecommunication, health, energy, and new construction industries. At Window Nation, Olu is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the company’s overall IT strategy. His main focus is on making customers happy and ensuring the high availability of enterprise resources.
He is constantly evaluating and standardizing technology operations and establishing the necessary policies and procedures to drive efficiency and growth. His team is focused on building a hyper-scalable modern infrastructure while optimizing our enterprise systems for continuous integration and reducing complexity in the environment. Olu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Bowie State University.
Olu enjoys playing with his kids-Favor and Grace, watching Basketball, Soccer, or playing Chess or Scrabble.

Michael is responsible for starting up our central administrative center in Warrensville Heights Ohio. The team supports the post-sale processes including data entry, quoting with our vendors, ordering, and coordination of final measuring in our customer’s homes. Michael channels his passion for training and development by leading the Operations training team. The team provides training for all operations positions including branch operations. Michael has over 20 years of developing and improving service organizations and was often called on to deliver improvement in customer experience and back-office operational activities with technology. He has a BS in Business Administration from SNHU and Masters in Education - Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University. Eric comes to Window Nation with over 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
Eric is responsible for executing and managing daily marketing, advertising and promotional activities targeting existing and new customers.
A native Marylander and graduate of the University of Georgia, Eric has spent the past 10 years building relationships in the advertising, marketing and media industry.
Eric loves his hometown Nationals, Capitals, Redskins and Wizards and of course is very loyal to his Georgia Bulldogs, and enjoys spending time with his wife Havi, 2 sons Ezra and Jonah and latest addition, daughter Orli.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the service and installs business having worked with Home Depot and other nationwide furnish and install programs.
Mike has led successful operational teams that provide installation of roofing, siding, leaf protection, insulation, windows, and doors throughout the New England, Mid Atlantic, and Midwest regions. He specializes in delivering customer excellence through fulfillment and is a born leader for his teams.
In his free time, Mike enjoys giving back to his community as a volunteer firefighter. Mike and his wife Christine enjoy traveling, visiting family, and spending time with their dog, Daisy. Mike's daughter and her husband also reside in Ohio.

Michael has born and raised in Western New York; he has been in the construction industry for the past 30 plus years. Michael has overseen a home builder doing 100 plus homes a year. Over the past 10-years, Michael has joined the remolding world and helped grow multiple companies not only in size but customer satisfaction. At home, Michael is the jack of all trades and enjoys helping his family and friends.
Michael has been married to his amazing wife Robin for the past 15 years, they have a daughter Jordan who is Dad's little girl forever, even as she finishes her senior year of college. When not working Michael enjoys spending time at "camp" with Robin cutting wood or cleaning up the property. Michael is an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman.

Ray comes to Window Nation with over fifteen years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Ray started his career at the Nation four years ago and is now the Director of Field Marketing. A native of Maryland and graduate of the University of Baltimore, Ray has spent the last fifteen years plus building relationships throughout the Sales and Marketing industry. MELANIE PASSERALLO - REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (EAST)
I joined the Window Nation family over 5 years ago as a part-time show and events team member after taking time off from the workforce to raise my 3 sons with my husband Dan. Starting back to work part-time was only temporary as the culture and opportunities presented a desire to get my career back on track. With a 20-year background in retail management, my passion for assisting customers and taking pride in a job well done was a no brainer to grow with Window Nation. I have spent time in several roles in the organization as I worked my way up gaining the trust and respect of our customers and colleagues.
In the position of Regional Operations Director (East) I will bring my high energy and enthusiasm to carry out Window Nations core values through our dedication to excellence in all we do every day. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and working on projects throughout my home.
A 2002 graduate from Clemson University, Eric joins Window Nation with over 18 years of experience in progressing roles in Accounting, Audit, and Finance. Eric is responsible for the financial records of the company, while also transforming the team’s processes to handle the on-going company growth that Window Nation experiences.
His foundation as a CPA began with a Big 4 audit position with Ernst & Young and continued through 2 international multibillion-dollar manufacturing companies. When Eric steps away from the office, he will typically be seen whitewater kayaking and traveling to river destinations globally.
Sonny brings over 10 years of customer service excellence to Window Nation, specifically managing call centers and outbound marketing operations. His focus has been on implementing timely and smart solutions to help organizations excel at customer operations, but also proven strategies that support customers’ needs, too.
At Window Nation, Sonny is responsible for managing the customer service department and call center. His main focus, as well as the team he oversees, is ensuring each and every customer knows how important they are to the company and that above all else, providing them with excellent support and service.
Sonny earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from University of Baltimore. He’s also a die-hard Ravens and Orioles fan.

Robert "J.R." Usher joined Window Nation five years ago, and now is the Director of Regional Sales for the East Coast markets, serving the Baltimore-Washington Metro area, the Delaware Valley area, Harrisburg/Lancaster/York area, Charlotte and Boston markets. He brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience within the home improvement industry. As the Director of Sales, J.R. proactively supports the sales team, ensuring the delivery of 100% product and service satisfaction to all of our customers. He continually strives to improve upon the customer experience. From small tweaks to more substantial process improvements, J.R. consistently finds ways to exceed expectations. J.R. has happily lived in Maryland all his life but loves traveling to warmer climates with this wife Jodi. Their trip to Bora Bora being their personal favorite, of course! J.R.'s family also includes his two labs Copper and Cali, along with serving as a foster parent to any number of pets looking for permanent homes. He is an avid Redskins, Terps, and Capitals fan. Eric is the company’s Corporate Controller and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Most recently, Hupfer served as Director Finance for an equity backed firm that manages and develops power plants on behalf of institutional and private equity investors. He also spent over 10 years at Constellation Energy Group in progressive accounting and finance roles and previously was with Ernst & Young earlier in his career. Hupfer is an active certificated public accountant, earned his Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and his undergraduate accounting degree is from the University of Notre Dame. Eric enjoys coaching his two kids’ lacrosse teams, skiing, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
Aaron was literally born into the window business and started working in the warehouse for his father's window company in Cleveland at age 14. He learned the business from the ground-up, spending time in all roles from sales to management to operations. Now as the President of Window Nation, he works closely with his brother Harley every day, building what's now the 5th largest home remodeling company in the US. Aaron created a unique sales system that revolutionized the industry, shying away from the typical "high-pressure" in home consultation. The Window Nation approach is customer-focused and designed to meet the needs of each individual homeowner first and foremost. Aaron leads the entire Window Nation sales operation across all offices in 7 metropolitan areas. A native of Cleveland and graduate of John Carroll University, Aaron now lives in Glenwood, MD with his wife and two girls. A die-hard fan of all teams in Ohio, he is particularly passionate about the Cavs and the Tribe and spends time working out when he's not at a game.

As a Co-Founder and CEO of Window Nation, Harley has been part of the company from the day he and his brother Aaron first opened their doors. Together, the two (along with an ever-growing staff committed to serving the needs of homeowners across six States and the District of Columbia) have built what is now the 5th largest home remodeling business in the country. As the CEO, Harley leads by example a team of more than 300 people dedicated to customer service and continued innovation in replacement windows, doors, siding and roofing. Harley learned the window business by working in his father's company in Cleveland but started his career packing groceries where he quickly recognized that each customer's needs are unique. After earning his MBA from John Carroll University, he put those lessons to work at Window Nation, and is dedicated to exceeding the needs of homeowners every day. While he was born and raised in the Cleveland area (and remains committed to his hometown Cavs, Indians & Browns), he's made a home for himself and his family near the company's headquarters in the Washington-Baltimore region. He and his wife are raising two girls, and he's often seen accompanied by his Cairn Terrier, Napoleon. When not in the office or with his family, Harley can often be seen at a concert or a sporting event - or at a poker table!

Noah began his career as a United States Army Officer following graduation from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Architecture. He spent over 20 years in the military serving around the world in management and leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Following his retirement in 2013, he joined The Home Depot as a Sales Associate and was rapidly promoted to be the Sales Manager for the Northern Virginia and Washington DC market before coming to Window Nation as the Vice President of Customer Fulfillment & Operations.
Noah is responsible for any number of areas at Window Nation, including sale processing, installation of products, vendor relations, post installation services, warranty claims, and customer service. His team manages the end-to-end customer fulfillment process including the systems and processes development, administrative processing, order processing and customer service execution.
A native of California, Noah moved to Virginia in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, running, and traveling the world.

Brandon joins the Window Nation team after spending the past few years in the hospitality industry, bringing his skills in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
At Window Nation, his focus is on analyzing data to develop strategies designed to help the company meet its long-term financial goals. He’ll also be streamlining and enhancing Window Nation’s financial reporting structure.
Brandon is a diehard Ravens and Orioles fan, having grown up in Baltimore, MD. In his spare time, you’ll find him spending time with his loving wife, Katie and their daughter, Charlie, paddle boarding, and/or socializing on the golf course.

Chris is dad to two awesome children, Cruz and Juliana, and spends every moment he’s afforded attending their sporting events, traveling and devouring hot buttered popcorn at the movies.
With a degree in Marketing from Elmhurst College in Chicago, IL, Chris’ 20+ year career path has led him to pitch tents in Mexico, Canada, and various cities across the United States. He has provided retail marketing expertise to national and international brands like Mobil, Sunoco, Arthur Andersen and Direct Energy. Most recently, his real-life experience with an aging parent shifted his focus and passion to senior care. That shift led him to Senior Helpers, LLC., where, as Chief Marketing Officer, he was instrumental in growing their brand to one of the top companies in the Home Care industry.
Chris Buitron joins The Nation to further conceptualize, implement, and manage the company’s marketing strategy. He will lead the brand management, marketing communications, distribution channel management, and inbound marketing functions to exceed annual revenue and profitability goals and position our long-term growth.
