CHARLOTTE, NC (July 1, 2019) – Window Nation, one of the country’s leading window replacement companies, will continue to grow its national presence by opening in Charlotte on July 1, introducing new job opportunities and in-demand, expert home solutions to the area. Although the company is new to the market, it is not new to the industry – it’s the 5th largest replacement contractor in the U.S. and has been in the business for more than 13 years, installing over 475,000 windows.
Customers will be able to purchase and have replacement windows installed to fit every style and budget at the showroom, located at 804 Clanton Rd., within the Waterford Center. Window Nation experts will be available to walk customers through the seemingly daunting task of window replacement, including vinyl and wood options, colors, sizes, styles and more.
The company selected Charlotte to house its newest showroom based on several factors, including the city’s thriving economy and booming home replacement industry. Additionally, Charlotte’s diverse demographics and psychographics align with those in other cities where Window Nation continues to cultivate successful customer bases.
“Our team recognizes the strong value Charlotte residents put on investing in their homes,” explains Aaron Magden, co-owner and president.
“They’re consistently putting dollars behind home replacement initiatives, making The Queen City an extremely attractive and viable market for us. These homeowners appreciate the cutting-edge products and innovative home solutions that we bring to the table.”
Although new to Charlotte, the Window Nation team currently services 12 other locations throughout the U.S. and brings decades of home remodeling experience to residents. Co-founders and brothers Harley and Aaron Magden grew up in the business as third-generation window replacement experts before starting the company in 2006. Additionally, Charlotte’s Sales Manager has over 10 years of personal experience providing home improvement solutions to various customers.
This past year, Window Nation was named the 5th largest replacement contractor in the U.S. by Remodeling Magazine and the second largest non-franchise window retailer, marking the third year in a row Window Nation was recognized as being in the top five. The magazine looks at nearly 100,000 home remodeling companies in the country and makes its decision based on revenue, growth, surveys, customer input and more. Qualified Remodeler Magazine also ranked Window Nation as the seventh largest remodeling firm in the U.S. for its total gross sales, remodeling gross sales and the number of remodeling jobs completed annually.
Beyond providing exceptional home expertise and customer service, the company plans to have an active presence in the local community to support and foster relationships with new customers.
“We’re very excited to enter our first market in the South, and strongly believe our company’s principals and products will be a perfect fit for the amazing people of Charlotte, says Magden. “I’m a big fan of the city and look forward to getting to know homeowners on a personal level, while helping them save money on new windows and energy bills.”
