Window Nation named Official Window Replacement Company of the NHL team.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 27, 2020) – Washington, D.C., is home to some of the most enthusiastic, die-hard hockey fans around, and the Window Nation team is no exception when it comes to this strong Caps pride.
Window Nation, one of the largest window replacement companies in the country that serves the greater Washington, D.C., and northern Virginia areas, is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Washington Capitals and their Stanley Cup champion right winger Tom Wilson as the company’s local spokesperson.
“What intrigued me the most about working with the Window Nation team is their commitment to our community and fans,” says Wilson. “They have some really exciting plans that I am looking forward to being part of.”
The partnership, which launched at the beginning of this month, incorporates community goodwill and customer appreciation, as well as corporate messaging. Window Nation will support Wilson’s ‘Forty Three Friends’ program, which gives children from Make-A-Wish and the United Heroes League (UHL) the ultimate gameday experiences. Recipients are provided free tickets to games and exclusive access to hang out with Wilson in the Caps locker room.
Throughout the season, new Window Nation customers will also be gifted a pair of tickets to Capitals games, plus they’ll be entered to win suite tickets, all courtesy of Window Nation. The company will randomly select customers each month for a chance to win the special suite experience.
“Tom is not only a star on the ice but also an extremely generous philanthropist and role model to others,” explains Harley Magden, CEO, who co-founded Window Nation with his brother Aaron over 10 years ago. “The entire Caps organization aligns with our team’s mission. They want to do things the right way by helping others, treating their fans to unforgettable experiences, but also delivering results and making their community proud. We have the same goals and values here at Window Nation.”
In the coming months, Window Nation plans to announce fan-centric activities, plus philanthropic endeavors in association with the team.
